DELIVERY
At Nachure, we aim to offer fast and efficient service. We are committed to dispatch all our 'in-stock' orders within three working days (sooner where possible).
STANDARD DELIVERY (UK)
We try to find and offer our customer the most cost effective delivery method.
At present, we offer Weight based shipping method. This is particularly useful when ordering multiple remedies as they can be delivered for the same standard shipping cost.
Our current 'shipping cost' breakdown is as follows:

In fact, most customer will find that ordering anything between FIVE to TEN products will incur the same (fixed price) shipping charge.
FREE DELIVERY
Where possible, we also offer FREE DELIVERY on orders over £60 in value. This is subject to change without notice.
EXCLUSIONS
At present, our Delivery is only available for customers in the UK mainland and excludes the following areas and postcodes:
Scottish Highlands: FK17-22, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, KW1-3, KW5-14, PA21-33
Scottish Islands: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27, KA28, KW15-17, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
Scotland: AB31, AB33-38, AB42, AB44-56, IV30-31
Isle Of Man: All Postcodes
Scilly Isles: All Postcodes
If you live in any of these areas, please contact us before ordering so that we can work out the most cost effective delivery method for you. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to deliver your good at the cost of standard shipping charges. In such cases, your payment will be refunded in full within 5 working days.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Due to the complexities following Brexit, we currently only deliver in the UK.
RETURNS POLICY
All consumers have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the time goods are dispatched. You can cancel your order anytime prior to us dispatching your order. You can notify us via the various contact methods available on this site. Please include your order number.
If you wish to cancel your order, this will be at our discretion. This is because homeopathic remedies are made up to order and your order may have already been prepared before we are asked to cancel it.
In addition and from the feedback we have received from our existing customers, it is clear that customer DO NOT wish to purchase any remedies that have already been delivered to someone else (even if they are in unused condition).
Therefore, based on the fact that homeopathic remedies are made to order and in light of health & safety as well as hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns. The means that any remedies delivered are not refundable or returnable. Therefore, please ensure you have ordered the correct remedy, potency and form at the time of placing your order.
