Terms & Conditions


PRICES AND PRICING

All prices are in GBP (Pounds Sterling). As we do not have high street shops, we can minimise our overheads. This allows us to pass all those savings to our esteemed customers.

However prices on our site are subject to change without any notice. This is because of a number of factors like currency exchange rate, raw material costs and other factors beyond our direct control.

There is always a possibility that a product on our site is incorrectly priced. In most cases, we will aim to honour your order. However in some cases, we do reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you the full amount paid by you.

Some products can also be out of stock for a considerable amount of time. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee the availability of every product listed on our site.


PAYMENT

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. We encourage payment through PayPal. Card payments can also be made using PayPal. (often without having a PayPal account) 

For large orders and for Practitioners, we can also accept payment via bank transfer. In such cases, please contact us before placing your order.


ORDERS

We currently only supply our products to customers in the UK. Some post codes are not covered under our standard shipping charges. Please See Delivery & Return section for further information and clarification.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon placing an order online, customers will receive and email confirmation along with their unique order number.

A further confirmation email will be sent once the order has been processed ad dispatched.

Please note that it is not possible to add or amend an order once it has been placed and payment has been processed.

Orders should arrive within a few days of dispatch confirmation. Please contact us If your order is not delivered in 15 days after we have issued a dispatch confirmation.


DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. In most cases, we use tracking service to ensure that your order reaches you safely. Once your order has been handed over to our courier company, they may take 2-3 working days to deliver it to you. Please note that first class post does not always guarantee next day delivery.


PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

No orders are processed during public (bank) holidays.  


POSTAGE AND SHIPPING

All items are subject to postage and packaging charges.  We aim to send orders using the most economical service and use tracking where possible. 

We also offer free postage on orders over £50. This option is automatically offered to you during checkout

Please note that UK First Class mail DOES NOT have a tracking number and so the progress CANNOT be tracked through the delivery services.

Please note that in cases where a temporary or non-permanent address is provided during check out, we may use special delivery (extra surcharge) or cancel your order if our courier service cannot deliver. If you are placing your order from a temporary address, please contact us before placing order to ensure we can handle your requirements promptly and correctly.


RETURNS POLICY

Please read our Returns policy carefully under Delivery & Return section.


WRONG PRODUCT DISPATCHED

In an extremely unlikely event that we have shipped out a wrong product to you, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will take full responsibility and send you a replacement (correct item) free or charge. In most cases, you will not be required to return the incorrectly shipped item. 


ORDER NOT RECEIVED

Parcels are occasionally lost in the postal system despite best efforts. If you have not received your order with 10 working days from the dispatch confirmation, we will resend your order. Please note that delays occurring due to adverse weather conditions and / or industrial actions are beyond our control

Replacement order will NOT BE sent free or charge if your original shipping address was incorrect or if we are asked to send replacement to a different address.


DISCOUNTS

As our main passion is healing, we offer Registered Practitioners between 10-25% discount on all our products. The level or discount can vary depending upon the form / size / potency and total order value. We also offer large / custom size packaging for registered practitioners in the UK.

In order to enjoy these benefits, Practitioners are required to register on our site. Once your application has been processed, your discount will be automatically applied to your orders upon logging in on our site. Please see our ‘Practitioners’ section for further details.

In some cases and for some products, we also offer multi-product discount to all customers. This will be displayed on our site where applicable. These discounts do not include or are not applied to postage and packaging charges.


COMBINATION REMEDIES

We can make Combination remedies. Please note that combination remedies incur a surcharge due to extra time and effort in preparing them. Please contact us with your exact requirements.

We also offer a number of Nachure's combination remedies on our site. These can be found under Combination Remedies section and do not attract any surcharge.
